Kingswear, a village situated near to the
mouth, and on the east bank of the Dart Estuary, stands opposite the
ancient seafaring port of Dartmouth. The village has a Church, Primary

Dart Yacht Club and has the convenience of an established marina. Vehicle
and passenger ferries link Kingswear with Dartmouth and a regular bus
service links the Torbay towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay with
the village.
